Like us, we are sure you’re following the news about the coronavirus (COVID-19). We want you to know that the safety of our customers and staff is extremely important to us.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and are following the recommendations of the CDC and local municipalities in which we operate. This includes washing/sanitizing our hands before and after every appointment, wearing gloves, shoe protections and masks during appointments, and cleaning/sanitizing high touch areas on our vans/trucks and in our warehouses.
We also understand that you may be unexpectedly working from home or staying at home with the kids.
We are now offering our services Contactless, Our team will arrive, provide a free onsite estimate and with your approval, we’ll lug your items away. You don’t even need to be home or to come outside! We can even take payment over the phone.
Our Services will be text msg coordinate as well. This allows customers to wait inside while we clean the windows outside, once it is done we text you and you can open the door and step to another room of your house, without any direct contact.
During these uncertain times, we also want to acknowledge our crews who are working to ensure that all window services needs are being met all across the USA. In order to support our community who are receiving an order to “stay in home”, Fox Window would like to offer a discount of 10% of any job to help your family or office during this crisis.
